Most sounds made from scratch in (and everything assembled in) Audacity. Some singing, destroyed/improved. "Live with this" is mostly a scream - hurt my stupid throat! - plus the occasional field recording. Maybe a sample or two as well, I don't remember.

I forget when all these are from, mostly from late 2021 and some time in 2022, I think? This will sound different on speakers or headphones with bass than it will on earbuds. As Chris Cornell used to say, you make me sick I make music.

Oldflesh. Inarticulate coping mechanism. Emotional backache. The chillest midlife crisis. Computer music for curling up fetal.
